Sunset

My goals in this artwork was to portray the colors of the sunset and the peace that I felt at that time. I accomplished this by focusing on my posture and the really focusing on the colors. My drawing was about negative space. The most difficult challenge I had to face was doing my hands. I met that challenge by focusing on the negative space. My painting really works at the sunset, I focused on that part, especially the colors. The things that I have learned is to focus on the big things first on a drawing then the extra detail. If I had a do over I would do my hands. What I feel best about my artwork is the colors that I was able to blend to get the sunset.
